The article is devoted to the development of an algorithm for early detection of defects at construction of objects, which are used in geotechnical monitoring systems to improve the accuracy of predictive estimates of the stability of construction. The flowchart of the algorithm of early detection of defects is presented for objects of construction. This algorithm based on the author’s approach, which are based on key points of geotechnical monitoring, methods of bifurcation theory, as well as neural network analysis. A feature of the developed algorithm is the possibility of dynamic adjustment of the ranges of variation of the limits for stability of the geotechnical system, which laid down in the design documentation for the construction object under study. During the application of the developed algorithm, predictive estimates of the formation of defects at control points and their localization were obtained, which were confirmed during further observations.
