Belt conveyors play an important role in the mining industry. Belt conveyors reduce energy consumption by 1.3-1.5 times, depending on the volume of traffic, with a reduction in energy consumption by 1.5-2.0 times and 25-30% of total transportation costs compared to other vehicles. In determining the reliability of the guide roller mechanisms and in calculating the tensile strength, the need to determine the coefficients of use for modern lubricants produced by domestic and foreign industrial enterprises is justified. In conclusion, by calculating the design and rational parameters of the belt conveyor components can be considered and recommended as an important innovation in the mining industry.
