This article is devoted to the analysis of multipath propagation of simple navigation signals for the possibility of reliable elimination of the ambiguity of complete phase cycles for different metric frequencies. To eliminate ambiguity in the double range measurement mode, the following algorithm is proposed: divide each measured values of phase shifts for different metric frequencies by two and then remove the ambiguity of phase samples. Considering that the ground-based radio navigation system works on the open sea without failures, then the addition of a margin of 16 dB should allow it to work in the presence of local items. The elimination of ambiguity will increase the reliability of navigation of sea vessels and expand the scope of application of the RNS on land.
