This article describes the research and development of new scientific and technical solutions for the implementation of high-precision and noise-immune broadband ultra-high-frequency radio navigation systems with improved electromagnetic compatibility through the use of noise-like signals. From a scientific point of view, the implementation of the proposed study will make it possible to advance in the development of methods and algorithms for using phase measurements to determine the coordinates of sea-going vessels with simultaneous resolution of phase ambiguity.
