The article considers software implementation of technological process models (environmental monitoring system based on the formation of a technological process’s aggregate quality index). The hardware-software complex prototype for monitoring environmental parameters based on the real - time operating system is presented. Also, the model of environmental monitoring based on the t/(n - 1) decision-making algorithm is implemented in software and hardware, operating on the basis of the NI myRIO controller, under the control of the NI RT Linux real - time operating system. In accordance with the algorithm logic, five different scenarios of the three-source data acquisition model were analyzed. Meanwhile, the success of the model’s fault tolerance was 80%, that characterizes increasing information reliability of the parameters values of the technological process algorithm used in the designed systems of this class. Thus, the implemented prototype of the hardware-software complex for monitoring environmental parameters allows data import (process values), processing (with multiversion logic) and data output (including visual) in real time.
