The paper considers the development of a software and hardware complex for modeling and analyzing the reliability of systems for various purposes, related to the field of automation and measurement technology, the purpose of which is to calculate an analytical indicator of the systems reliability for various purposes. The advantage of this method is that it allows the researcher to deeply analyze the qualitative aspects of the system structure reliability, assess the technological processes danger, choose the right management decisions when assessing situations, and the implementation of the method on the principles of probabilistic representation and info transformation significantly reduces the hardware volume of the device compared to the digital form of information representation in the binary positional code form, and also significantly speeds up the results of calculating arithmetic operations.
