The article is dedicated to modern aspects of comprehensive analysis of the circulation and efficient use of labor resources of machine-building enterprises. General structure of comprehensive analysis of labor resources of the enterprises and phased completion of the research are provided. Modern approaches to improving the qualification level of various personnel categories and the possibilities of improving their professional status at the enterprise are analyzed. The practical implementation of the proposed methods of analytical work confirms the necessity of a comprehensive approach to improving the efficiency of personnel in enterprises.
