The materials of this article are devoted to the study of the dynamic analysis of the behavior of transition states of mechanisms, as well as the influence of the factor of mechanical hardening on them. In the course of the research, control algorithms were developed that ensure the necessary technical requirements and solutions were proposed in which the minimum dynamic loads were achieved without a significant decrease in the performance of the mechanism.
