A system for compounding differential oil has been developed, characterized in that the control unit has a function of monitoring the maximum pressure value in the high-sulfur oil line. The system provides the following parameters of automated monitoring and control: 1) when the set value of the adjustment pressure is reached, a control signal is sent to open the valve of the pressure regulator, at that part of the flow is discharged to the tank, and when the pressure drops, the valve is closed or completely closed; 2) the set value of the maximum pressure on the high-sulfur oil line for setting the pressure regulator is selected less than the pressure of setting safety valves for protection against overpressure of process pipelines and tank farm; 3) a flow meter is installed on the high-sulfur oil discharge line to account for the amount of high-sulfur oil discharged into the reservoir when the pressure regulator is activated; 4) the computer of the control unit additionally records the volume of discharged oil into the reservoir when the pressure regulator operates from the tuning pressure according to a given maximum value on the high-sulfur oil line.
