This work, the properties of wool, polyester and silk fibers are given. The possibility of producing multicomponent yarn using combed wool spinning technology has been substantiated by theoretical, computational and experimental means. A method for preparing raw materials for the production of mixed yarn has been developed, a patent has been obtained for its novelty. The essence of this method lies in the movement of each component within itself and in the uniform distribution of the fibers of each component throughout the mixture. An industrial prototype of a multicomponent yarn with a linear density of 32 tex, a relative breaking load significantly exceeding pure (100%) woolen yarn, has been developed.
