Two methods (closed and open circuits) have been proposed to determine the conductivity of granules, the mean free path of electrons, the average size of the granules and the gaps between them. The calculations were carried out using the microwave reflection coefficient depending on the thickness of the thin-film element. It is assumed that such a dependence has been determined in advance, for example, measured experimentally. The possibility of using one or another calculation method in continuous and granular films with different ratios of the sizes of granules and the gaps between them is discussed.
