The reason for choosing the title of the research is due to several reasons, the most important of which is the study of the impact of spatial variables and the foundations of creation and their effects on the stage of rural innovation, its urbanization and development as a new sustainable urban center. The research problem lies in the adaptation and interaction of the creation with the urban environment after the transition phase according to the planning strategy of the new sustainable city. The importance of research stems as a basis for developing the realities of urban and rural life through the advancement of villages and the development of the master plan by making better use of their development potential and identifying future development needs. The objectives of this research is to create an integrated and sustainable urban spatial environment within the master plan to make stable rural areas an urban service center compatible with their spatial surroundings and consider them as new developmental polarization centers. Spatial simulation of new city centers for the model of modern experiences, and the field of research was chosen to include the Al Bassamiya district center by providing a basic plan based on sustainable planning criteria. As for the research sample, it included Al-Bassamiya sub-district and its surroundings, and villages within the administrative boundaries. Research data was collected through the field study to know the reality of the situation, research, reports and official interviews. Applicable procedural indicators were identified, data analysis, development potentials, and spatial simulations of the village reality, in addition to predicting the future urban development strategy for the master plan of Al Bassamiya City Center.
