In this article, methods for determining indicators that have a complex effect on the operation of SibFU, to obtain an updated I - V characteristic, taking into account time, geographical, climatic factors, technical and design parameters when changing its spatial orientation to the Sun. A method for controlling a solar tracking system in solar installations based on matching the installation operating modes with the level of solar radiation input. For optimal design of solar cells, the method of calculating the parameters connected to the solar cell chains of the battery, determining the required voltage supplied to the controller in the chain. The advantages of using controllers are given. On the example of the Andeliand etc. solar cell, a laboratory stand was assembled to conduct experimental studies of the battery characteristics. The results of experimental measurement of the current and voltage of solar cells and are constructed the volt-ampere dependences for various cell connections.
