The work provides the results of marketing research aimed at identifying preferences of consumers with various types of temperament when choosing shoes. Using the research results at the pre-project phase will assist the consumer in choosing a new pair of shoes that meet not only ergonomic but also psychoemotional criteria. Such approach will be efficient to reduce consumption and improve the quality of the ready-made products.
