The nano-coating process is a challenge in the current industry to improve mechanical properties. There are many coating processes in the industry to apply on various metals for improving mechanical properties. These are costly mechanical processes. Today industry is looking at nano-coating with a simple mechanism to improve the mechanical properties. In this study, the nano-coating process was applied to the metals with the application of heat treatment. Another challenge in this study is to surface preparation of the metals. The surface preparation influences the nano-coating process.
