During the assembly of the parts, drilling is usually the final procedure in these implementations. Any fault that contributes to the dismissal of the components constitutes a costly loss. In various research fields, including automotive, aeronautical, etc., PMC materials are finding increased implementations, and, consequently, the need for precision machining for the composites has significantly grown. To its characteristics, polymeric composites are considered excellent choices for structural members. Fortunately, while creating holes for attachment, they demonstrate several kinds of problems. The removal rate is considered the most important damage, as it reduces the part’s useful life. Our research is four different polymer matrix composite plates of the process of three various size holes (3, 6 & 12mm diameter) with different spindle speeds (25, 50 & 75RPM) to predict the material removal rate.
