This study was conducted to estimate antioxidant activity (scavenging free radicals) of some nano natural substances such as curcumin and grape seed. An a mismatch between free radicals and the body's defenses apologetics versus stress from oxidation due to exposure to ionizing radiation leads to chronic diseases and carcinomas. With regard to antioxidants' protective properties for neutralizing a reaction of oxidizing products, the most influential and minimal toxic antioxidant compounds are being identified. To find out how much total phenolic acid there was together with flavonoids in a turmeric extract and then evaluate the antioxidant activity through various antioxidant assays including, energy reduction using DPPH 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryl hydrazyl radical scavenging. Also comparing it to a typical antioxidant "ascorbic acid". The results revealed excellent efficacy of nano curcumin as an antioxidant for radiative effects, which is the main reason for its use in biological activities.
