The analysis of the corrosive myco-and microbiota and the physical and chemical factors of the development of biocorrosion on the oil pipeline routes was carried out. We studied the physical and chemical parameters of soil samples in accordance with the current standard methods, carried out bacteriological sowing and mycological research. The absence of thion bacteria was found in 28.57 % of soil samples, sulfate-reducing bacteria in 19.05% of cases, with a negative result of mycological sowing for the presence of micromycetes in 11.11% of cases. A comprehensive study of the corrosion-active myco-and microbiota and physico-chemical factors of the development of biocorrosion on the oil pipeline routes allowed us to assess the degree of influence of the considered characteristics on the corrosion process.
