There are a number of research problems in the field of dentistry associated with the manufacture of metal frames from cobalt-chromium alloy. One of the main ones is the correct fit of the dental full-arch on the implants or prepared teeth. In the manufacture of large dental constructions using the traditional casting method, errors appear and the model does not sit in its place without additional refinement and numerous medical manipulations with the patient. The additive technology of selective laser alloying of metal powder solves this problem. We propose to supplement the process of designing and printing dental cobalt-chromium structures with mandatory calculations of the strength properties of a metal product based on numerical models of an elastic continuous medium. Since the cooling process can be accompanied by the appearance of deformations due to the inhomogeneity of the temperature distribution, we can neutralize this factor by including additional supporting temporary structures at the stage of 3D printing.
