In this paper, the focus to solve the problem of nurses, doctors and patients and creating the IoT solutions by which patients can easily view their hospital report using their mobile app and doctors/nurses can easily upload their medical prescription through voice recognition system and reports of scan, X-ray, blood test etc., by capturing a snap of it. So that problem cannot be faced by patients when they forgot to take their report. And then it focuses to notify the nurse when glucose level in the infusion bottle is reduced and creating contactless temperature monitoring device at the entry of hospitals. This paper uses MIT app inventor to create an app. It uses contactless level sensor to monitor the glucose level, infrared thermometer sensor and proximity sensor for temperature monitoring device
