The aim of the work is to create computer simulator software for the gas fractionation unit debutanization process by Unisim, which will provide training for stuff in the safe conduct of the technological process due to the correct mathematical model of the debutanization process, as well as help improve skills for rapid response and emergency prevention. The object of the study of this work is the node of the debutanization process of the gas fractionation plant. As a result of the research, computer training software was developed based on the software package Unisim Design and Unisim Operation for training operators and apparatchiks of industrial production. Algorithms have also been developed for selecting the operating mode and protecting the technological equipment of the debutanization process in Unisim Design. The introduction of the developed computer training software at industrial facilities for the allocation of butane will allow production and technical personnel to consolidate practical skills in the safe performance of work, accident prevention and elimination of their consequences.
