The rapid growth of internet and communication technology has led in increasing the transferring of information and data in an incredible way between computers, smart phones, internet networks, smart homes, etc. in a safe manner. This growth leads to born challenges in protecting and hacking this information that became a great concern. Therefore, most researchers tend to use a new and different methods of encrypting data. One of them is DNA cryptography technique as a new discipline in data protection from penetration. DNA is shown to be very effective and powerful in cryptography and cryptanalysis and steganography problems due to DNA characteristics such as high storage capacity, low power consumption and parallel processing stimulate the notion of DNA coding theory as well as DNA cryptography. This paper presents a new method for encrypt/ decrypt the transferring information and data using central dogma with a new representation for codon structure and Amino acid table.
