Thirty blood samples were collected from males and females of different ages from the beginning of October 2019 until the end of January 2020. The samples were divided into two groups, 20 samples from patients suffering from psoriasis and 10 samples from healthy people as the control group. Antinuclear antibody (ANA), anticardiolipin (ACL), antiphospholpid (APL) concentration were measured using Enzyme linked immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) technique. The results showed that the 15%, 5% of psoriasis samples were positive for ANA, and ACL, APL respectively. The results of anti dsDNA and the control samples for all the tests were negative. Single Radial Immunodiffusion method were used to measure the concentration of C3 and C4 levels. The results showed a marked rise above the normal limit in psoriasis patients, in addition to the rheumatoid factor test, which is an indicator for patients with rheumatoid arthritis. Tests showed that 15% (3) of patients had a positive result for rheumatoid factor. The level of immunoglobulins IgG and IgM were test. the results showed that there was a clear increase in the level of IgG concentration compared with the control group, while the results indicate that there were no significant differences in the concentration of IgM antibody in the control and patient groups.
