In our country, some regular spots like offices, railway station, hospitals, bus stands, etc., is not helpful to physically challenged peoples they are not unable to get on steps. Essentially a regular wheelchair can’t help to claim the staircase. Our objective of this paper is to design a climb wheelchair on the staircase. So that impairment individuals can move autonomously move any place they need and nobody needs to help them. In this venture, we had to use the Rocker-bogie instrument to get on steps. By utilizing this component, we can climb the wheel seat not just on steps even we can proceed onward irregular surface. That is the most noteworthy benefit of the system. By contemplating every one of those we intended to design a lightweight wheelchair by utilizing the famous Rocker Bogie Mechanism that would allow the usefulness in various terrain and also claims many intricate spaces. Each wheel can contact the ground on all the sides so that this system can keep in a sturdy condition. It comprises links, connections, and wheels. The Rocker-Bogie Mobility framework was proposed to be utilized at moderate paces. It is fit for beating deterrents. Nonetheless, while moving over a sizable hindrance, the movement of the vehicle viably stops while the front wheel climbs the difficulty. It was limited to low-speed dynamic stuns. To go over a snag, the front wheels are constrained against the obstruction by the back tires. The revolution of the front wheel at that point lifts the front of the vehicle over-top the obstruction. The center wheel is then squeezed against the impediment by the back tire and pulled against the hindrance by the front until it is lifted over top. At last, the back tire is pulled absurdly by the front two wheels. During each wheel’s crossing of the obstruction, the forward progress of the vehicle is eased back or totally stopped. The primary goal is to give a solution for the problem facing by physically challenged people to climb steps without other’s help. It can help him/her to go in upstairs and uneven landscapes with little effort.
