The ability of {Mo72Fe30} and doxorubicin to conjugate formation as well as the influence of such a conjugate on viability, differentiation and morphological characteristics of cells are studied. A specific dose-dependent influence of polyoxometalate and polyoxometalate-doxorubicin conjugate on the differentiation of human dermal fibroblasts was discovered. It is assumed that conjugates can enter cells by active transport, endocytosis or interacting with transport proteins.
