Turbo coding is a very robust form of correction of errors that in the past two decades has provided a considerable trace on channel coding. By achieving near Shannon limit error correction using large component codes will exceed most popular coding systems simple interleaves which may be added into the transmission data through a communication channel that can be detected and corrected, these codes are using for long code words with decoding complexity. Turbo code is one of the concatenated codes connected in serial or in parallel for transmission data with great throughput. In this paper, the turbo code is design and simulated in two types, the Serial Concatenated Convolutional Code (SCCC) and the Parallel Concatenated Convolutional Code (PCCC), with the addition of the using Modulation algorithm like Binary Phase Shift Keying (BPSK) And Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) to obtain the Bit Error Rate (BER) and compare the results, using Simulink in MATLAB version R2020b.It is found that the PCCC is the best from SCCC Because it gave the lowest Bit Error Rate (BER).
