The present paper deals with the QSPR analysis of KCD coindices with physical properties of alkanes and monocarboxylic acids. The correlation study is made between KCD coindices and properties of the same chemical compounds. The result reveals the strong positive correlation for all the properties of alkanes and monocarboxylic acids except for the properties critical pressure(negative) and melting point(weak) of alkanes.
