The novel design of DC-DC flyback converter is designed for supporting 48 volt car technology, such as turbocharger, electric supercharger, transmission system, energy recovery / boost system, starting system, and many more. This is also supporting the more availability of 12 volt battery than the 48 volt battery. The proposed circuits is applying parallel input series output (p.i.s.o) for multiple transformer configuration and applying arduino as feedback voltage reader within the flyback configuration. The used circuit design for voltage output measurement per duty cycle is unfeedbacked, but the main design consist of 3 feedback models, those are Arduino-TL494CN, Arduino only, and Arduino-MCP4725-TL494CN. The result of this research is the Arduino-MCP4725-TL494CN has the lowest deviation duty cycle per int value, 0.02765%/int, and didn’t have circuit inititation overshoot.
