Assembly, integration, and test (AIT) are pivotal to the success of a satellite revolving in its orbit. One crucial component and long-time required for testing is the payload data handling system (PDHS) that manages multiple payload data and arranges them in a standardized format before being sent to the ground station. To yield correct streaming verification, end-to-end testing using a satellite transmitter and ground station system is required. However, an extended duration of ground testing should be avoided to maintain thermal regulation and prolong the lifetime of the transmitter. This paper presents a development of PDHS streaming verification without employing satellite transmitter and receiver, capable of verifying data-streaming with the speed of 200 Mbps by checking the header pattern and counter packet with FPGA. The verification result is recorded via a 2-Mbps asynchronous serial interface and the streamed data is recorded by USB port computer.
