Volcanic and tectonic activities at Kawah Putih - Ciwidey and surrounding area, Bandung, West Java have formed various interesting geothermal surface manifestations showing potential geothermal resources. Geothermal survey conducted on S 7° 7' 46.00" - 7° 12' 6.40" and E 107° 21' 36.65" - 107° 27' 2.60" coordinates found geological phenomena intensively formed by volcanic and tectonic activities. Based on surface manifestations, geomorphology, geological structures and lithological data and information, geothermal potential is analyzed. With detail FFD (Fault Fracture Density) geological structures analysis, geothermal system of the area can be modelled showing geothermal potential that can be interpreted the up-flow and out-flow areas of the system. Further surveys and analysis including geochemical data acquisition will offer a more detail possible potential capacity of heat energy of Kawah Putih - Ciwidey geothermal area.
