The influence of surface energy on the thermodynamic properties in two-dimensional magnets is considered. It was found that upon the transition from bulk to two-dimensional samples, the contribution of the surface component of energy becomes significant. The thermodynamic parameters of a low-dimensional magnet under conditions of surface resonance are calculated.
