The impact of physical loads in the automotive assembly line has been investigated in the automotive and manufacturing industries. The purpose of this paper is to systematically examine the impact of human factors on worker quality performance in designing and managing manufacturing operations. Tiredness and efficiency deficits have a good relationship. Thus, the display of fatigue graphs, and S-N curve about overloading, heavy manufacturing work in industry depicts stress and fatigue are inversely proportional to the number of cycles. Also, the authors determine the fatigue limit numerically by calculating the r-ratio or amplitude ratio. Data was collected from the rail coach factory, Kapurthala using a particular database system.
