Our present study deals with activity measurement of anthracnose disease infected region and fresh region of aonla using biospeckle technique. Image processing algorithms Co-occurrence matrix (COM), probability mass function of regular difference, Inertia Moment (IM), Absolute Value of Differences (AVD), Fujii and Parameterized Fujii have been used for this purpose. IM and AVD give the biospeckle activity value whereas Fujii and Parameterized Fujii determine the spectral activity map along with the biospeckle activity value of the region of interests. All algorithms used for this research show the low biospeckle activity of the infected region than the fresh region of aonla which represents the reduction of mobility of particles inside the cells of infected region and symptom of the anthracnose disease.
