This study develops a song lyric integrated with E- Module that can be used as supporting learning sources on Body Defense System topic. Method used was Research and Development (R and D) with 8 stages followed by experimental design of pretest and posttest control group. Effectivity was measured by t-test on learning outcome of XI grade senior high students. As many as 30 students were used as samples. Instrument used for product development was expert, small group and large group analysis questionnaire. Effectivity was test used problems of multiple-choice questionnaire on body defense system. Based on the result of feasibility test, obtained an average score from material expert (80.2%), media expert (82.4%) teachers (74.7%), small group students (82.9%) and large group students (84.3%). Overall analysis was gained 80.9% with very decent value. This means, that the product developed was declared feasible and effective to be used as supporting learning result. Effectivity test shown that the product significantly increases learning outcome (sig. < 0.05). The conclusion of this research and development is that the song lyric video on the integrated Body Defense System e-module material is very feasible to be used in learning with the average score of material and media expert, teacher, small group and large group scale analysis of 80.9%. The product also proven to be effectively used as a supporting learning resource with n-gain score on experiment group of 0.65 which placed the media as moderate in enhancing posttest. Teacher could use this media in learning as media that might be interesting for students and make them easier to learn. To conclude, the product developed are decent to be used and able to increase understanding on body defense system material of students. Teacher could use this media in learning as media that might be interesting for students and make them easier to learn system on body defense.
