The literature study about the structure concept map (CM) of students in the respiratory system aims to find its relationship with scientific reasoning skills. The assessment is carried out by examining the CM structure of literature caused by scientific reasoning skills obtained from the learning process of evidence, events, rejection to be an assumption that allows for further research. The relationship between CM structure and components of reasoning skills is part of the assessment so research requires an instrument of measurement of scientific reasoning skills which is the basis for further research. The assessment showed that the structure of CM is more influenced by students' understanding and knowledge of the concept. The study of the structure of the CM chain derives more from the concept of similarity in meaning, meaning, and level derived from the process of justification and rejection. The spoke structure is dominated more by justification and evidence obtained during the learning process. The net structure is the most complex because in it there is justification, proof, and rejection. The method used is the study of various literature from 2000 to 2020 with limited reasoning skills, structure, and concept map keywords. Literature is analyzed by connecting the CM structure caused by scientific reasoning skills obtained from the learning process of evidence, events, rejection into an assumption that allows for further research. Based on the analysis results of CM structure studies and scientific reasoning skill instruments used to measure reasoning skills are CM structures, the relationship of CM structures with claims, evidence, and evidence.
