This study aims to develop an application based on android on static and dynamic fluid. This application contains the topic description, simulation, and evaluation. The development method applied is the Four-D model by Thiagarajan. The results of this study are educational comics that are integrated with character education. Based on the feasibility test results, the average percentage of this product's results obtained 80% of media experts with good interpretation and 84.26% of a content expert with very good interpretation. The product trial had done toward 22 students. Based on the feasibility tests and product trials that have been carried out, the development of an android application is declared worthy of use to teaching material.
