The purpose of this study was to find out the chemistry learning outcomes of students who had extroverted and introverted personalities using outside circle and snowball throwing in the learning model at SMAN 5 Lubuklinggau. This study used a quantitative approach with the quasi-experimental method. The class that became the study sample was given a different treatment. At the same time, the students who are the sample are given personality instruments. The findings show the different learning outcome results. Chemistry learning outcomes of students with extroverted personalities who use the inside-outside circle learning model have an average score of 96.47, while those using the snowball throwing model have an average score of 93.22. In contrast, introverted personality students who use the snowball throwing learning model reach an average of 94.67, while those using the inside-outside circle model reach an average of 91.79. In conclusion, students who have extroverted personalities are more appropriate to use the inside-outside circle learning model. Meanwhile, students who have an introverted personality are more appropriate to use the snowball throwing learning model.
