This research aims to produce educational comics to explore electromagnetic waves through the Hertz story. Electromagnetic wave material that is packaged in the form of comics can make a different learning experience. If previously, students only applied calculations and related formulas to relevant issues, this comic could present them with a storytelling style. The flow starts from the background of experiments conducted by Hertz. Comics are made for the steps to define, design, develop, and disseminate. At the development stage, a formative assessment is carried out by the material and media experts. The validation results by media and material experts indicated that the comics developed were very good. At the dissemination stage, comics are published using a Webtoon, and readers are asked to assess. Interestingly, from the readers' data, it was found that the majority of readers are high school students. These results indicate the possibility of comics being used as an interesting physics learning medium.
