The close relationship between science and religion should not be separated, but one must be strengthened through the integration of science and the Qur'an learning. Experimental activities are very important in learning science. To support the implementation of experimental activities in the science learning process, student worksheets are needed to guide students in conducting experiments. Therefore, this study aims to develop basic physics practice guidelines that are integrated with the verses of the Qur'an for prospective teachers of Natural Sciences. Al-Qur'an verses integrated into this worksheet aim to instill Islamic values and positive character in students. This type of research is research and development (R&D) using the methods of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation (ADDIE). The research instruments used in this study were validation sheets (used at the development stage) and questionnaires (used at the implementation stage). Based on the results of the study, it was found that the validity of the basic physics practicum guide integrated with the verses of the Qur'an was in the category of very valid with a score of 90%, very feasible with a score of 92% and very practical to use with a score of 96%. In addition, students showed a positive response to the worksheets used with a score of 96%.
