A technology is proposed to increase the efficiency of a perforator for developing oil and gas fields using a cumulative charge with a layer of reaction material (RM) applied to the lining. Calculation, theoretical and experimental work was carried out to study the process of functioning of a cumulative perforator. It was revealed that in the process of compression of cumulative lining (CO), the reaction material is localized on the outer surface of the tail of the formed cumulative jet (CJ). The speed parameters of the formed CJ are presented. For an experimental study, a cumulative charge was made in which RM was deposited on a CO using electrochemical deposition. An x-ray was obtained of the tail of the CJ with a deposited layer of RM as a result of the actuation of the laboratory charge.
