The phase and chemical composition of the sample of Campo del Cielo meteorite were studied by X-ray diffraction and X-ray fluorescence analysis. Troilite (FeS) was detected as sulfide inclusions in the sample. Structural parameters including fine structure parameters of troilite were investigated. It was found that dispersion makes the main contribution to the imperfection of the troilite crystal structure.
