In this work we present the results of numerical simulation of the non-uniform self-complementary metasurface which is illuminated by circular polarized plane wave providing angular separation of the co- and cross-polarized THz beams. We perform a Floquet analysis of non-uniform metasurface based on supercells and show that the metasurface will create the cross-polarized beam in the desired transmission angle, while keeping the co-polarized beam transmitted in the broadside. It could be obtained by gradually altering the geometry of the unit cell along the metasurface to get different phase jumps for the cross-polar coefficients.
