This work is devoted to fabrication of a highly transparent and conductive SWCNT electrode by combination of lithography and oxygen plasma treatment and characterization of this electrode. The resistance of the textured electrode was 206 Ohm/sq, which is 9.25% lower than resistance of the electrode made from a continuous layer of SWCNT with the same transparency of 95%. The demonstrated technology for the fabrication of textured SWCNT electrodes can be applied to a wide range of optoelectronic devices, including flexible thin-film solar cells or displays.
