Electrically tunable trion-polaritons in MoSe₂/hBN heterostructure integrated with a photonic crystal slab

With this work, we introduce a concept of trion-polaritons in a photonic crystal slab and demonstrate the electrical tunability of such polaritons. We describe the experimental procedure of the device fabrication and measurements in detail and believe that our results lay grounds for the future work on the implementation of trion-polaritons electro-optical devices.
