Multiple cutting power hacksaw is a motorized unit consisting of a crank shaft driven by a motor. One of the problem in single blade cutting power hacksaw is that it can cut only one job at a time. But the introduction of multi blade cutting power hacksaw can cut two jobs at a time by using four bar mechanism known as Crank and Rocker mechanism. By this we can minimise lot of time and there are many merits including reduced power consumption and cost of the equipment is also less. By using this multiple cutting power hacksaw the product finish obtained is good. Then overall efficiency is high when compared to the single blade cutting power hacksaw.
