In this paper gives the design and simulation of high voltage power supply (HVPS) using flyback converter for electro- spinning application is discussed. Electro-spinner required an adjustable HVPS (1-50 KV) to synthesize nanofibers. Circuit of adjustable HVPS has been designed and simulated in Circuit Wizard toolbox. Various parameters such as duty ratio, frequency and input voltage have been studied. Simulation results will be useful in constructing an adjustable HVPS for electro-spinning application.
