Petroleum resources are non-renewable resources. Therefore, in the work of geological exploration and regional geophysical exploration, we conduct a comprehensive analysis of regional profiles, combined with the geological features of the census area and the law of oil distribution, to study the geophysics of petroleum in the region. Prospects for exploration can ensure the smooth development of geophysical exploration of petroleum in the region. Therefore, in the perspective of oil resources development and rational utilization, we must study the distribution law of oil and the analysis of geophysical prospects to play an extremely important role. In addition, engineering survey technology plays an extremely important role in geophysical exploration of petroleum. The use of seismic reflection waves is a relatively important technical component of geophysical exploration and exploration technology for petroleum. We study seismic reflection waves. Performance, after analysis, under the corresponding staff analysis, we can combine the obtained information data and the theoretical formula of reflected wave to comprehensively detect and understand the geological environment of regional engineering. After numerous research and practical application, In the process of sensing the unfavorable geological conditions such as bedrock surface, latent structure and underground cavity, the application effect of seismic and non-seismic seismic technology is very significant.
