In the present paper, we have simulated the high performing SnS based solar cell by using SCAPS. SCAPS is one dimensional simulating software which is used for the simulation of solar cell. The solar cell consists of SnS based absorber layer, Zn (O, S): N buffer layer and ZnS as window layer. The p-SnS/Zn (O, S): N/ZnS is device structure of solar cell. The effect of absorber layer thickness and temperature on electrical parameter of solar cell have been reported in the present paper.
