This contribution provides new possibilities in programming of basic technical and technological properties of silicate composites for use in extreme conditions. The composite rests on advanced silicate matrix on the basis of Ordinary Portland Cement, a suitable mineral filler and additives for modification its basic technological properties during its preparation and the rise of mechanical parameters in the early stage of hydration.
