In this work is dealt with the chemical resistance of the binder based on sulfocalcic fly ash. The aim is to determine the impact of a chemically aggressive environment on a mixture containing the binder based on sulfocalcic fly ash instead of regular cement. The influence of chemically aggressive environment on the cement-containing and on the sulfocalcic binder samples is investigated and the results are compared. Comparison of mechanical and chemical properties such as compression strength, volume changes, mass changes or resulting corrosion products is made.
